Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering discipline
• Previous manufacturing engineering supervisory experience from Plastics Part Suppliyer for Automotive, Electronic Manufacturing, and Rigid Packaging
• Experience in Continuous Improvement Systems/Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in FMEA, PPAP, and other engineering requirement activity
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering documents, Plastics Material Properties, Technical Standars and Design Specifications
• Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
• Proficiency skill in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other computer application
• Experience in ISO System and environment company with certified 9001, 14001, 45001
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferable)
